I feel so honored to be a nomination finalist for ‘Leader of the Year’ 2013 at the Woman of Worth Events! At first I thought I was nominated for Mompreneur of the Year, but just found out today that I will be recognized in the ‘Leader of the Year’ category… which is a cool surprise! (I have my fingers crossed!)

Emira Mears – Raised Eyebrow Web Studio raisedeyebrow.com

Being a part of Woman of Worth has inspired me even more to be a good role model for woman, and I started a Facebook group for all Remarkable Woman so that we can stick together, share stories and support each other in life! Please join if you are one!
And most importantly…
This wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t have amazing woman in my life that support me in my life journey. I want to take some time to give an extra special shout-out to one of my best friends & nominator Jennifer Albertson!
Thank you for always believing in me, listening to me rant & rooting for me to win (on & off the tables)! We’ve had some of the best gut-wretching, tears in eyes laughs and those are simply priceless (xxPIExx — So funny). You inspire me to always live authentically, be true to myself, to be a good mother, to focus on family, to not get caught up in hype, to stay in my own lane while reaching for the stars, and most importantly to always stay humble.
Because of you, I learned what true friendship is and even though Im still getting there, having a friend like you guide me is a beautiful thing! You are a blessing in my life and I feel like I already won because I get to be your friend. Your struggles and what you have accomplish in your life so far is such a testament to a woman’s strength and power.
Thank you for being you, cause to me, you are the definition of awesome!
